"Actually," Kaede stopped herself from leaving as something popped into her mind, "there is something that Kumosenkan asks for from every one of her friends. We would like docking rights. The rights to dock our ships in your ports, refuel, repair, and rearm. Is that a possibility?"

Avis would open his mouth, but need a second, though the expression on Draco's face would show they were somewhat apprehensive, the both, to said thing. Draco wouldn't speak and instead let Avis handle it.
"..We would have to run this by our government directly. I think they might say yes but they're going to limit what ports you can actively use if its not an emergency I imagine." They'd reply to them. "They would also want a PIAT in exchange for that."

"A PIAT will be a hard sell." Kaede frowned and stood. "I will discuss it with others within the ministry. We will have an answer for you within the week. Based on the assumption that a PIAT will assure docking rights in all ports for fueling and repair, and some ports for rearmament and liberty."
