TAKPOE Commissariats

Responsible for executive decisions by the TAKPOE government, the Commissariats are responsible for maintaining the Elenria's functions during times of crisis or when bureaucracy hinders movement, including special police, critical public services, distribution of resources, and military non-combat upkeep.
The Commissariats are split into two categories and five regions: Civil and Military within the Northeast, West, South, East, and Shore sectors. Civil Commissariats are responsible for the management of civilian crisis, such as corruption and famine, while Military Commissariats service the local garrisons and special police units in both assistance to the military and the Civil Commissariats.
Both Commissariats manage a number of Action Officers specific to their regions- these officials wield the power to redirect resources, consolidate services and mobilize personnel in response to major issues. Their resources are sourced from local resources as a stopgap while word reaches the royal government at the capital so a larger response can be mustered.
