Humanity (Humans)
Average Lifespan: 59 Years
Diet: Humans are omnivores, able to eat both meat and plants. Society originally started as hunter-gatherer tribes, but humanity was the first to cultivate the plantlife and begin the process of domesticated agriculture. Since then, humans have grown to eat a many number of things, with some preferring one type over the other or eating all equally.
Preferred Living Conditions: Depending on the race, humans have grown acclimated to several different climates, making them one of the most versatile species on the planet.
Strengths: Humans are able to live in most any climate. They are able to eat a wide variety of things to survive, making them able to get easier access to food than some others. They are persistence predators, making them able to go long durations without rest. Humans are the main species of the planet, making them the driving force of much of the world's progression. They are able to survive many forms of wounds, and usually bounce back stronger than most.
Weaknesses: You're a human, you know.

Height: (Avg. Male)- 5’5” (Avg. Female)- 5’5” Weight: (Avg. Male)- 120-140 lbs (Avg. Female)- 145-160 lbs Fur Color: Varies Eye Color: (Most Common)- brown, blue, black, gray Hair Color: (Most Common)- brown, black, blonde Lifespan: 54-58 years Other notes: Bipedal, sapient, live birth, omnivores.
Appearance: The Fenvaria are described as an anthropomorphic version of canines. They are quite similar to humans internally but differ externally, as they stand on digitigrade legs, have canine-like pointed ears, muzzles, canine like eyes, fur covering their whole body, paws for feet and tails. Their fur is largely dependent on where they come from, however, it is noted to be quite similar to that of a fox or a wolf in texture. It is also noted on being rather thick and warm due to the slightly colder temperatures of Arcadia, as well as slightly waterproof. The fur tends to be in shades of brown, tans, blacks, whites, grays, and more natural looking colors. Often blending in with the environment that their subspecies belong to, for example, if a fenvaria hailing from the north was born in say a colder region, however, their parents came from a more green region they would have more brown coloring and vice versa. They also have paws for feet and a tail which makes them a bit better at running than humans as the tail can be used to keep the fenvarian balanced. The fenvaria also have claws on their fingers as well as their toes, which can be retracted when walking and daily use, but then extended in combat. This means they have an overall tall, proud, and definite canine appearance.
Behavior: The Fenvaria are a proud and determined race that really doesn't back down when challenged, they are loyal to who those they respect and trust. Given their relation to the canines of Earth. Due to environmental pressures this had forced the fenavaria to become more communal and as such they often live in densely populated city centers and cohabit with their extended family, leading them to being communal It is not uncommon for a fenvarian to live in very crowded areas with a rather large family (about three to four children by human standards) and given their interpersonal tendencies they form clan like social structures within cities or colonies that will be one clan. However it is not uncommon that clans have feuds among themselves, often these feuds over things like boundaries, political status, and other conflicts of interest.
Development: Fenvarian have many canine characteristics; however, they do not go into a season of heat or a mating season like people would think. Instead having a menstrual cycle like humans. With the female being highly fertile up until the age of 53. Fenvarian females become less fertile until they reach the age of 54; where they enter into full menopause. Fenvarians also tend to be monogamous often having one pair until death, divorce or some other incident happening. Mated pairs are not established quickly upon loss of a mate. Instead, a fenvarian will typically go into a short depressive period; this is a response to the emotional trauma of losing a loved one. This is a means of dealing with it efficiently and thereafter moving on.
A baby fenvarian is called a pup. Since the fenvaria are mammals they reproduce like mammals, meaning that female would have a single viviparous pregnancy. This process would typically take nine months and would result in a litter. Litters are usually made up of one or two pups.
Pups are usually born blind, deaf, toothless and with a tan-grey coat. A pup will open their eyes after two weeks, where their eyes turn blue. At three weeks the pup’s coat starts to change to the color of their subspecies. However, they will develop their own patterns and markings. Also at this time, their ears start to become erect and harden. Their muzzles start to elongate, either becoming fox or wolf-like. Pups typically during this early developmental process will feed on breast milk, which is produced by the female’s breasts. After four weeks they will switch to artificial milk and then solid foods once they have developed sufficiently.

Koians (Moths) Average Lifespan
64 Years Diet
Koians are mainly a vegetarian species. Most tend to eat a variety of plant matter, and are even able to eat some that are deemed poisonous to other species. However, very few eat meat, and instead must get their protein from plants like beans and soy. Most of the subspecies are unable to digest meat, and as such will get sick if they consume it. Some subspecies of Koian are able to consume meat without problems. Preferred Living Conditions
Depending on the subspecies, Koians prefer warm, wet temperate areas to cool, dry sub-arctic. However, unless they are wearing warm clothing, they are unable to survive for long durations in the cold, and similarly, they cannot survive for long in hot conditions unless they are cooled off. As such, they exist primarily within their original home territory. Strengths
Koians have wings, and as such can fly. Typically, they cannot fly for much longer than 1 hour (60 minutes). The longest duration of flight recorded has been 51.6 hours. They typically cannot carry much while flying, most only able to carry a quarter of their bodyweight if they decide to carry anything. They have a heightened sense of hearing, approximately 1.25 times better than an average human's. Due to their antennae, they are able to sense a wider array of smells from further distances, with the average being approximately one mile. Similar to insects, Koians have the ability to regenerate from non-lethal wounds. If one was to lose a finger, in a month or so they'd have a new one. If one was to lose a leg, in a little more than a year they'd have a new one.
Weaknesses Because of their insect-like nature, pesticides can greatly harm them even if unintentionally. Also because of their nature, they are not able to easily adapt to new climates, and can easily go into shock from wild temperature variations. Due to their diet, they tend to be physically weaker than many species, being relatively thinner and with less muscle. Lamps.
Subspecies Aleta (Ah-leh-tah)
Similar in appearance to Earth's Atlas Moth, the Aletas are the largest (in terms of physical size) subspecies of the Koian species. They typically stand between 9 to 10 feet in height, and their antennae can add an extra half a foot (females) to one and half feet (males) to their already impressive height. Belila (Behl-ee-lah) Similar in markings to Earth's Cecropia Moth, but blue in color, the Belilae are the smallest (in terms of physical size) subspecies of the Koian species. They typically stand between 6 to 7 feet in height, and their antennae can add an extra foot (females) to two feet (males) to their height. Celöösa (Cehl-oo-sah) Similar in appearance to Earth's Cecropia Moth, the Celöösae are the second largest subspecies of the Koian species. They typically stand between 8.5 to 9.5 feet in height, and their antennae can add an extra foot (females) to two feet (males) to their height. Lüiõ (Loo-eh-hee)
Similar in appearance to Earth's Luna Moth, but slightly darker in coloration, the Lüiõ are the third largest subspecies of the Koian species. They typically stand between 8 to 9 feet tall, and their antennae can add an extra half foot (females) to one foot (males) to their height. Satlin (Saht-lehn) Similar in appearance to Earth's White Satin Moth, the Satlins are the moderate sized subspecies of the Koian species. They typically stand between 7 to 8 feet tall, and their antennae can add an extra two feet (females) to four feet (males) to their height. Tölye (Tuh-lee) Similar in appearance to Earth's Tolype velleda Moth, the Tölyes are the second smallest subspecies of the Koian species. They typically stand between 6.5 to 7.5 feet tall, and their antennae can add an extra two feet (females) to four feet (males) to their height.

ORC (Orcs)
Name of the Species : "Orcs, Orckin, Orken, Orcblooded, Homo orchalensis"
Average Lifespan : "Orcs share a similar lifespan with humans during this time, ranging from their late 50's to early 60's and possibly beyond with good healthcare and conditions though their culture and traditions can be hard and generally the less capable Orcs either have to leave or will not make a good and healthy living within the strongholds."
Diet : "Orcs are omnivorous but cultural diet places an emphasis on meals high in cholesterol and protein. Various beefs, pork, chicken, breads, potatoes, and onions can be found in many if not all establishments of Orc cuisine."
Preferred Living Conditions : "Orcs were a nomadic people and spread all across Ouhiri but found their greatest success in the Petty Kingdom of the Orichalc within Vallachia. They live in the more fortified mountain regions and maintain a culture centered around engineering, hunting, and martial traditions tending to live either out in small gated communities or long nigh-impenetrable strongholds."
Strengths : "Orcs possess a hardier constitution than their human cousins and generally exert more physically defining traits such as normally denser bones and broader body types with passive muscle generation. Culturally, they focus on engineering and hunting, over the course of their civil evolution making them great siege and countersiege engineers, architects, and defensive civilization that is more capable on the lines as ambush or guerrilla fighters and scouts."
Weaknesses : "Orcs have standard human weaknesses of course such as being able to suffer the effects of mortality, fatal injuries, incapacitating diseases, and metal breaks. Though, culturally, an innate form of Social Darwinism takes place and often the 'weaker' orcs are left to become vagrant or have to seek a life elsewhere in Vallachia."

Hi-Ythe
A demi-human species found solely in the Federation. Avg. Lifespan: 35 yrs Diet: Heavily meat-eating, including insects. Some eat the insect parts of their male mates, like the arm blades (that are not very strong and need man-made armor to act as blades), abdomen including wings (the humanoid body is known as the thorax, while the bulbous insect body is known as the abdomen), and antennae when their mate is near death/recently deceased. Can consume some plants, always in a secondary/filler form, like lettuce in a sandwich. Environment: Live best in hot humid conditions, and when it is dry they can do just about equally well by storing water in their abdomen. Temperate climates are their limit, and its lower temps can be risky- they will attempt to keep warm with activity or hole up indoors as their instinctive hate for thick restrictive gear overwhelms them. They tend to panic then literally freeze in icy/snowy situations. Strengths: Can survive off of insects up to a week while staying healthy, can use antennae to detect wind changes, can use other eyes to detect blurs of shapes and motions around them, combined with slight neck movements they can vaguely see 180 degrees, can make several story high hops or fly low up to a mile with light/aerodynamic enough equipment. Weaknesses: Are a bit weaker than humans, with lighter bones and fragile insect parts, most importantly needing armor for their blades to use them, which is still a trade off that weighs them down. They can't live off of vegetation, grain, or raw meat entirely or even mostly, apart from insects their food needs to be processed to some degree. They also physically and mentally have trouble adapting to change, some of their ways are literally set in stone. The males are largely left alone in most matters and become reclusive, meaning only half of the species is active. They also choose to go into hiding, even death, if it comes to a choice between this and being discovered as non-human by someone with malicious intent. Any cases of Hi-Ythe being revealed as non-human instead of a human culture group are so far and in between, if they even happen at all, that they amount to nothing. Good and Bad/Neutral/Misc: The species has an average life expectancy of 35- 30 for males and 40 for females, with a small group actually averaging 35. However to somewhat make up for this, newborns become children at 2 years, teens at 8 and adults at 10. They also don't require that much food until 8 or 9 when their abdomen and thorax really plump up and develop and they are capable of making a living or are at least in training. Females are typically 5'5", and described as more plump and muscular, males are typically 5'11" and are taller and more wiry. They are also good at pretending they are human, pretending that they are just a cultural group and their insectoid portions are just traditional equipment and decor, pretending to all except the upper echelons of government and private love affairs with humans, and they feel so connected within their own kind that there's a slight disconnect between them and humans and a much larger one between them and other species, and thus they stay in and serve the Federation, their homeland. Images: Yes A stereotypical Hi-Ythe, of course female as those are the only ones seen outside, with golden/honey colored eyes and dark hair. While most are dark haired, Hi-Ythe with all yellow eyes being the most common or denoting a rank of status is just a myth. A depiction of aerodynamic and defensive arm blade armor. A surprising amount are more industrious or reserved than others and can be found in non-military/non-paramilitary roles. An example that shows the variety of the species, although somewhat rare, this specimen shows somewhat lighter toned hair and red eyes. Note: Some information here may also be found in information on the Excellonian Federation.

Species 1 - FestriaFound (Almost) Solely in Neuva Encontrierra.
- Festria are a race of Far-Human bipedals. Averaging in a height of about Six feet, nine inches, Festria often reach well into the area of seven feet. Physically Festria are similar to raccoons in their general biological makeup, though they have a mostly humanoid body-plan. They have tails of which are ringed with white and red bands, with grey fur and white underbellies, and then typically red hair though grey and white also show at times. They have double the average muscle density that normal creatures typically do and reinforced bones, and the more fit among them typically have eight-packs. Festria are predisposed to feel dopamine release from building muscle and staying active due to them having often been found near and on mountains up until Neuva's colonization. They are exceptionally strong and fast, as well as intelligent and clever. They are as well incredibly dangerous in close range encounters due to their physical strength and speed, as it as well has given them great endurance. Their population however is only around twenty million. Festria have three sexes, hermaphrodites having become more commonplace genetically. - Image

KumoAppearance:Kumo when viewed from the top of the head down to the waist appear extraordinarily similar to humans. Being that they have all the normal features of a human including skin, hair, an internal skeleton, and standard facial features. At their waist, the rest of their body is attached to an arachnid exoskeleton. With eight powerful legs, and the ability to spin a tough web. The skin color of the upper half of a Kumonian body varies in color, as does the exoskeleton. Most of the exoskeletons are covered in fur, though a hairless exoskeleton isn't unheard of. Average Lifespan:Male: 48, Female: 56 Diet:Kumo are primarily carnivores. Starting life as solitary trappers who would ensnare their prey in thick webbing, the Kumo were forced to evolve when their species began dying in swaths from overhunting. They moved past their solitary living and began living together cultivating livestock to feed themselves rather than solely relying on available wildlife. Preferred Living conditions:Evolving from the island of Krelan the Kumo have a natural preference for very cold environments. Strengths:Strong webbing produced naturally from their abdomen. Naturally skilled hunters. Can track prey for miles. Excellent sailors. Their multiple legs allow them to easily stabilize themselves even during extremely rough seas. Produce a paralyzing venom. Only produce enough to paralyze one full human for 3 hours every day. Can climb vertical surfaces with ease Weaknesses:Extreme heat sensitivity. Starts experiencing heatstroke at 80°F (27°C) Require an intense amount of calories to maintain homeostasis. On average a Kumo consumes 10,000 calories a day to survive. Cannot easily pilot aircraft. Even in planes designed for their use, and the average human pilot will out skill a Kumonian ace. Are not morally opposed to consuming other sentients Brittle exoskeleton Images:

Silurifo or NematoAppearance:Silurifos (Nematos) are a species with a catfish like appearance. As a semi-aquatic species they have a mucus covered skin which allows for cutaneous respiration. They also have webbed hands and feet and fins all over the body, including a large muscular tail. They may have up to four pairs of barbels: nasal, maxillary (on each side of mouth), and two pairs of chin barbels. Some have chemoreceptors across their body which means they "taste" anything they touch and can "smell" chemicals near them. Some of their fins have barbs which can be venomous, however it is rarely lethal. Instead of normal incisiform teeth they have a plate covered in sandpaper like teeth as they eat food by gulping rather than by biting. To help with this their mouth and throat can expand to larger sizes to fit larger prey.
Average Lifespan:60 years Diet:Silurifos (Nematos) eat anything that can fit within their mouths. Their favorite food however are fish and eggs.
Preferred Living conditions:Humid environments, as it is hard to maintain the moisture of their skin in dry environments. Strengths:Chemoreceptors give them a great sense of taste and smell. Cutaneous respiration means they can breath easily in most situations. They can eat almost anything. Natural immunity to most toxins. Great swimmers.
Weaknesses:When in a dry environment they find it hard to breath. Due to cutaneous respiration they cannot wear thick clothing. Due to their natural inclination to water, they cannot climb things. Images:

OdaruFar-human fox Average age of maturity: 16 Average lifespan: 120 Description: Hailing from the island of Oda, at the heart of the Ashigawa nation, these fox-like humanoids make up almost the entirety of the Ashigawan population. While the international scientific community refers to them as Far-Human, they are, in fact, somewhere in between Far-Humans and Demi-Humans. They themselves prefer to refer to themselves as Beastmen. Like Far-Humans, Odaru are entirely covered in fur with patterns that mimick those of the fox. They have slightly paw-like fingers and toes, with claws instead of nails on both. They have a fox-like nose. More closely resembling Demi-human, they have human-like shape of skull and limbs and human-like eyes. The colors of the Odaru depend mostly on inherited genetics, but sometimes could be seeming random. The standard fox colors, with a red-orange coat of fur, pale front, dark hands, feet and ears being the most common, there are also outliers that have a black fur coat or entirely white. Their hair is usually a darker shade of the fur coat color, but many Odaru are known to dye their hair. Eye colors come in a variety of colors, with red, blue, green, yellow and purple being the most common. Odaru with multicolored eyes, while extremely rare, are regarded as the most beautiful. Overall Odaru are slightly shorter than humans, averaging at about 5 feet 2 inches. The shortest recorded Odaru in the year 1900 was 4 feet 6 inches, and the tallest - 5 feet 11 inches. Diet: Odaru are omnivores, although the native Ashigawan diet, which majority of Odaru follow is heavy in fish and rice. They are able to drink alcohol, although not in large amounts like other races, including regular humans.
Strengths and Weakness With their fox-like nature, Odaru are nimble and quiet. They are able to sneak up on almost anyone, including animals. They are also very flexible, using their dexterity to make up for their lower than average among other species physical strength. They have a fast metabolism, which allows them to eat large quantities of food without gaining weight. While they have adapted to living in the tropics of their homeland, their fur allows them to easily bear the cold even without winter clothing - although not so much extreme cold. Just like most Far-human and Demi-human species, they have an enhanced vision, hearing and sense of smell, often relying on the latter two when their target is hidden. Images:

ShazzakAliases: Shark People, Fish Folk, Gillies (Slur).Average Lifespan:67 Years Physical Features:Bipedal humanoids that stand on plantigrade legs with webbed feet and have fins on their elbows and calves, a finned tail, elongated fins that act as ears, and a shark-like face with an elongated face with small dark spots resembling freckles along the bridge of the snout and cheeks for EM sensing and smooth scaled (not sand paper like) skin. They are able to grow human-like hair from their heads, and males can grow limited facial hair usually in the form of a mustache. Hair coloration is almost always black dark grey or grey. Body coloration varies from Grey/Black, Pale-Orange/Dark Grey, Light Grey/Dark Grey, or Tan/Grey with great diversity in color distribution across the skin resulting in unique body patterns unique to families and individuals akin to a fingerprint. Tan/Grey is the most common among further inland Shazzak, while Grey/Black and Light Grey/Dark Grey are common among coastal individuals. They may also adopt human skin coloration if they are born of interspecies parents. Overtime new colorations and patterns may emerge, though many remain regional, further increasing the uniqueness of towns and cities inhabited by Shazzak with county's and city's gene pools having a common pattern that develops and diversifies. They have sexual dimorphism and there are 3 sexes, Male Female and Hermaphrodite. Their dimensions are similar to that of humans and have similar musculature. They are able to gain muscle mass quicker and have more of it than humans but are no stronger than the average Human man or woman without making an effort to do so. Their heights vary but usually tend to be between 5"10' to 6"8'. They have a slightly slower birthrate then that of Humans with a gestation period of 1 year, although they are able to breed with Humans. The child has a 50/50 chance of being Shazzak or Human, though the Human child will have the Shazzak ability to build muscle faster and will have webbing on their feet. And the Shazzak child has a 5% chance to have either no gills or a slightly shorter tail. Some Shazzak children have recently exhibited fin like ears as a result of interspecies parents, though it is extremely rare. All Shazzak have slightly poorer eyesight and as such most all of them wear glasses. Diet:Shazza'k are primarily carnivores but are able to consume some plants or foods made with some plant matter in them without serious issues. Owing to their Aquatic nature, Shazzak mostly eat fish when possible but many enjoy Venison and Beef sometimes raw but mostly cooked. Culture:Shazzak culture is something more peaceful than their physique would imply. Though they have roughly the same track record of martial history as humanity, they are much more level-headed and justice like. Public servants are held in high regard and it is not uncommon to find a Shazzak lawyer or judge in many coastal cities. They are not inherently honorable, so much as they like order and to follow rules. They are not above having some fall to crime or deviance but it is much less common. Shazzak communities are much more tight-knit as a result and have a loosely centralized social hierarchy within family units and towns called Noba which roughly translates to unit. There is usually a defined "Advisor" and "Mediator" with other families or individuals roughly orbiting the two. These units are usually comprised of friends and family and there is no specific family who will be the sole provider of Advisors or Mediators. Advisors are not always elderly but they tend to be older than most in Noba's and the Mediator will be someone who has good ties with everyone within it. This tendency to be more tight-knit is akin to the Human Ideal of a Nuclear Family where most members of the Noba live within the same home or in multiple homes in close proximity to each other. More often than not a larger singular home is made to house a Noba. Completely contrary to this Shazza'k can be very individualistic and are encouraged to take the advisor's teachings with a grain of salt. It is not uncommon for a member to split off from their Noba and start a new one, though there are severe social ramifications from being cast out of one. Personal relations between Shazzak are much like that of humans. Monogamy is the standard and Polyamory is very much so frowned upon in many circles, usually a driving or main factor in one being cast out from a Noba. Some Shazzak may spend time without a Noba should they move away from their place of birth without it. These Shazzak are usually referred to as Anoba meaning "wanderer without unit". They may have a few friends from differing Noba's but have yet to join or create their own Noba. Shazzak parent their young communally, but the birth parents are always the most prominent in the life of the child. Shazzak always have at least 1 brother or sister, either by blood or a Noba sibling which can be a cousin or very close friend within the Noba. These bonds are strong and akin to god siblings or godparents to humans. The color pattern "fingerprint" of an individual is also important in Shazzak Culture as it marks where an individual comes from down to their very genes with patterns being radically different from region to region. Similarities begin within a region but only with larger commonalities like color or some shapes. At a simple glance, unless they have full body coloring as a result of interspecies parents, one can tell at the very least the region another Shazzak is from. If that Shazzak is from the same region, maybe even down to the town they call home. Preferred Living Conditions:Shazzak are able to live on land in most temperate environments with minimal issue, but tend to stick to coastal areas or warm moist environments. Warm and dry places like Deserts however are much more dangerous for them as they may not require constant water intake, but they lose water much more easily than Humans. Cold environments are extremely hazardous as they cause them to slow down and their gills can freeze solid because of how water is stored in them without proper protection. Strengths:Enhanced Electromagnetic Senses allow them to detect other creatures up to 21 meters/20 yards away with decent accuracy. Extreme proficiency in aquatic environments. Tail is damn near prehensile and strong enough to hit things with decent force giving them a slight edge in combat. Quick to build muscle and have a fair amount of it however when they're too buff their bodies quickly cannibalize the excess if they cannot sustain a good caloric intake. Weaknesses:Slightly poorer eyesight than Humans, Shazzak marksmen are a rare sight. Their tails make it hard for them to crew some vehicles without accommodations. Dry or Cold environments are their weakness and they require more logistical support to reside in those areas. Bones bulk up to accommodate their muscle but can quickly add to their weight and slow them down. Male: Female/Hermaphrodite:

Eulen are an omnivorous species. However like owls they collect indigestible material in their throat as pellets to be retched up. Thanks to this and other diversities in their digestive system, Eulen can safely consume raw animals and meat without serious risk of illness. Preferred Living Conditions
Due to the fact that Eulen are exceedingly sedentary they have grown accustomed to the area in which the first permanent Eulen settlements were made. As to this Eulen are well suited to living in warmth to extreme heat. Their clothing is typically more decorative than protective as their plumage takes care of protecting them from harsh conditions, as well as hiding their shame. Strengths
Eulen digestive tracts are entirely modeled after their owl ancestors, and are predisposed towards eating raw meats. While they now prefer to eat cooked food for sake of taste and ensured safety, they can eat completely raw food with very minimal risk of disease.
Eulen have a completely reversed circadian rhythm and are nocturnal. Due to the fact that they are nocturnal, Eulen have an incredibly strong night vision.
Weaknesses Because Eulen collect waste in their throats to be disposed of as pellets they are at a much higher risk of choking than other species. Due to their nocturnal nature, Eulen struggle to maintain healthy business relations with other species as their working hours are perfect opposites. Eulen eyes glow quite distinctively in the dark. RelAliases: Bug Men, Mantises, Crunchie(Slur).Average Lifespan:
60 Years Physical Features:
Amphibious Bipedal Humanoid bugs similar in appearance to Praying Mantises and Giant Water Bugs. They stand on two unguligrade legs. Chitin coloration coloration varies from Tan, brown, grey tinted tan, and tan or brown with an orange tint. Tan and brown are the most common colors as many live in the plains of the Infernal Flatlands or the coast. Their heights range between 6" to 9". They can grow facial hair similar to whiskers that usually form long droopy mustaches and beards though no head or body hair beyond small sensory hairs. Despite their lack of emotive facial features, they make due with their antennae and are very much so "hand talkers" and usually move in some way to help infer what or how they are feeling. Traditionally, the smaller set of antennae acts similar to wind shield wipers for their eyes also has a wide range of motion and can be used similar to eye brows to assist in emoting, though eyeliner is also used to attain a similar effect as well by both males and females. Some individuals also choose to use only their larger set of antennae and their hands, tucking their second set away under their hair unless they are eating or require them to clean their eyes The larger set of antennae are also quite posable and can make basic shapes. They have sexual dimorphism and have 2 sexes, Male and Female. Males have a horizontal stripe pattern across their abdomen mandible spikes and, thicker antennae. Females have thinner antennae, no mandible spikes, and vertical stripes across their abdomen and breasts. They reproduce year-round and produce clutches of 3 eggs. The mother carries them for 3 months before they are laid where they will develop for 5 more months before hatching. Diet:
Descendants of scavengers turned hunters, Rel can and will eat just about everything but tend to prefer meat. (Omnivores) Culture:
Rel culture is quite migratory and encourages individuals or families to travel. Hailing from their scavenger ancestors they frequently explore new places and have a drive to have new experiences. Because of this, they are quite friendly open and inquisitive about other cultures and are scene in many places in the world and make great travel guides. Their explorative nature also lends them as great scientists and historians as they will go to any length to explore and discover new things. They in the cases of Rel that prefer more familiar areas, they are homesteaders through and through and prefer frontier areas with low infrastructure, or developing areas with a new environment every time a new construction is finished. Familial ties are strong over great distances and Rel commonly make many friends on their adventures they remain in contact with usually for life as they are quite communal. Preferred Living Conditions:
Rel are able to survive in a variety of environments, though prefer bodies of water somewhere in close proximity. However this is not required as they are Amphibious. Sand storms pose a hazard to their eyes and they require goggles to safely traverse deserts. Strengths:
Able to shoot a super glue like substance from nozzles on their abdomen that hardens quickly when exposed to air. Increased agility in water because of their tail. Excellent stereoscopic vision makes them superb marksman and scouts. Weaknesses:
Chitin is lighter and softer then most, leaving their "armor" more like a slightly tougher skin than anything. Higher altitudes are much more difficult for them to be in despite their active respiration, requiring extra support and equipment to operate in mountainous areas. Their compound eyes are protected by a thick film, but are large and hard to cover from damage. Smell taste and hearing (Partially) can be lost if Antennae are damaged. Female Rel Farmer:

Serpent-Tellurian Nicknames/slurs: Snakes, Forked-Tongue, Fake-Face Average Lifespan:90 years Average height:Male: 6'9" - 8'4" Female: 6'6 - 7'10 Average weight: Male: 85 - 97 kg (187 - 213 lbs) Female: 73 - 89 (160 - 196 lbs) Diet:Omnivorous, as it's fully plausible for them to consume products such as bread, or corn. Though, this is not preferred dietarily even though it can subsist a Serpent. Physical appearance:Bipedal reptiles with digitigrade legs, and thin wide scales spread along their neck and torso, along with the back of their tails, with a silky smooth layer of skin-esque scales across the rest of their body, which sheds every other month. Specimens of the species are primarily unique in coloring and patterns, the varying factors being their forebears and place of origin. Like most reptiles, they are completely incapable of growing any type of hair. Unsurprisingly, gender plays a key role in coloration, as males tend to have drastically darker shades than females, however the conditions in which they live under plays a key role as well. Cross-breeding with species other than their own simply is impossible due to their nature. Perhaps their most well-known attribute, is their groove on their lips that enable their tongues to enter and exit their mouths without needing to open them, they use said tongue to sample the lingering air molecules to track their prey. Their off-spring have unique pheromones that would allow a parent to find them should they become separated, provided their proximity isn't too far apart. Preferred living conditions:Due to their nature, climates below 20 celsius will become increasingly uncomfortable, and should these conditions be remained in can result in eventual complete organ failure, as they are incapable of producing their own body-heat to compensate for innate cold, making overburdening amounts of clothes a necessity in cold environments. (edited) Strengths:Their scales can offer (however considerably limited), protection from small lacerations and blunt force trauma. Depending on the sub-species, it's possible for them to be equipped with a potent neurotoxin to paralyze prey. A natural patience and keen awareness allows them to hear, or smell someone in close proximity. Weaknesses:Tails make movement awkward in tight environments. Cold environments will debilitate a Serpent and they will seek to leave post-haste. Pitiful eyesight leaves them unable to identify a target clearly beyond a hundred meters. Reproductive cycle can be dangerous, and thus is avoided when possible, limiting their population.
