Following the election and establishment of the new SLP government in Lusatia, the Lusatian government informed Kumosenkan that a new diplomat, Julija Jankūnas, would be replacing the old ambassador to Kumosenkan, and inquired as to when the best time for her arrival would be, additionally requesting a meeting between her and a representative of the Kumosenkan government whenever it is determined she could arrive.

A response was given dictating that any time would be proper for her arrival and that they would be assigned the same diplomat in the Kumosenkan Capitol who would be happy to have a meeting as soon as the new diplomat was to arrive.

Ambassador Jankūnas would finally arrive after a less than enjoyable sea journey plagued by constant delays due to disease. Finally arriving in Kumosenkan, she would await an official meeting with Kumosenkan's government.
