With the rise in cases across all three nations, the Federal Center for Disease Control sent out a telegram to all members of the Aegis Pact. An invitation was sent out to help coordinate cure research across the Pact with what has been discovered over the past month about the disease. If at the least, they can figure out how best to mass produce and mass ship the miracle drug around to each nation. They could try to find a potential origin location, but that may prove difficult without extreme scrutiny by all nations into their shipping lanes, and help prevent a massive case in Elenria that could spread to the rest of Pact; or worse, a mutation in the bacteria that causes it to become resistant to the penicillin. With all that being said, the FCDC issued the arrangement and what to expect upon arrival - a two week quarantine, then meetings in sanitized rooms and at a safe distance from each other, then a two week quarantine before heading back home, if they so chose. Their living quarters were arranged, and an invitation was also sent to the Kumosenkan prefecture of Elenria to send medical representatives to the conference as well. While they certainly didn't offer the industrial or academic advantages the more industrialized U.K. or Kumosenkan had, they'd be very necessary for the fight against a second wave of potential infections. The Director's worst fears were they'd have to launch a mass campaign in Elenria to make the people seek modern medicine over rural treatments, and that particularly inspired fear in the entire FCDC as the nation lacked modern communication infrastructure.

TAKPOE had dispatched one of their own to represent Elenria from the Emergency Action Commissariat, one of the leading officers on the issue. Lieutenant General Commissar Epri had been at the forefront of the epidemic as it begun to fester in Elenria- he'd dictated multiple telegrams to Kumosenkan's Ministry of Health before, asking for help as Elenria's medical capacity was exceeded and overwhelmed, forcing him to lock down the entire nation in order to preserve order and health.
Arriving in Amali, he'd taken with him his Adjutant General to help list the more specific metrics of Elenria's situation, as well as a full map showing known case hotspots and quarantine zones. Both were suited up with masks and gloves to limit spread, with their papers carried in sealed cases, for all the good that might do.

The UKUG would send minister of health Jennifer McCarthy to the meeting. She would bring all the data the UKUG currently had on the outbreak and was instructed by prime minister Moriarty to assist the AP health panel as much as possible.

Kumosenkan sent a small team consisting of the Minister of Health and her most trusted advisors. They arrived in port with haste where they then hurried up to wait. While waiting the minister of health had time to think to herself, 'Two weeks? We've only been enforcing one. Is that not enough?' She mulled that thought over as her team patiently waited to be allowed into Amali.

After the two week quarantine, and most specifically an inspection of the ships to make sure no rodents had sneaked aboard, a motorcade would arrive outside the Ambassadorial District's finest hotel. Several Marines would be waiting outside, dressed in dark military suits, white masks over their faces, and gloves with rifles resting against their shoulders. The drivers stepped out front, also donning similar attire to the soldiers, and held the doors open for their guests. They were driven through the nearly empty streets of the capital to the FCDC Headquarters. Had anyone been in the city just months prior, they'd have seen the capital lively for the End of Harvest festivities.
The representatives from each nation would be lead into the building and to a large conference room which smelled faintly of cleaning supplies and pine cones. The windows were propped open, obviously helping to aerate the room of its heavy cleaning. In the room was the Director of the FCDC and two other scientists, one relating to the manufacturing process and the other to the epidemiologist, all three of which were clad in masks and gloves as well.

Minister McCarthy and her team wore masks and disposable gloves when they entered the room taking their seats, McCarthy's team consisted of three men and two women of her upper staff. The kept to themselves shyly as Gaelians typically do in meetings, often exchanging soft carried conversations among themselves on what the AP could do to reduce the outbreak.

Minister Kiyoko was wearing a surgical mask along with her team. They wore disposable overcoats and gloves. They actively mingled with the other members of the AP but while keeping a comfortable distance from anyone that didn't come from their ship.
