Veltist Reconstruction Bill

A Bill on the Reconstruction of the Veltist Economy and Staol-Dependent Industries.

In accordance with the agreement between the Republic of Koi and the Union of Revolutionary Republican Velts, this bill initiates the construction and development of Staol Powerplants and Staol-based Industrial Buildings within the sovereign borders of the URRV.

Contracts will be issued on Three-Month Bases, with expected improvement of the Veltist Power Production of 10% per cycle. Failure to meet this quota will result in barring of renegotiation of Contract for the following Cycle and it will be awarded to the next available Entity.

Veltist Industrial Education Bill

A Bill on the Industrial Education of Veltist Citizens in Staol Industry.

In accordance with the agreement between the Republic of Koi and the Union of Revolutionary Republican Velts, this bill initiates the education of Veltist Citizens in the creation, design, and functions of Staol-Based Industry within the Homeland and the Sovereign Borders of the URRV.

Education Efforts will begin with the teaching of selected citizens at the Technical University of Nefteyussyisk in Põhja Koi. As time progresses, classes will be started within the URRV where Koian and Veltist Professors will be teaching the necessary classes.

It would take some time before there'd be a bite on the contract, but as soon as one went they all went. Eventually the following company would win the bid.

Reconstruction of Staol-Based Industries within the Union of Revolutionary Republican Velts.

Several trains worth of supplies would be loaded up in West Rogorod, Põhja Koi, destined for the capital of the URRV. They'd have enough supplies to rebuild four power plants in the city, wishing to see just how much work they really needed to put into re-electrifying an entire country.
