Sostoyaniya
Premna is divided into twelve (12) administrative districts, known as Sostoyaniya [sing. Sostoyaniye] and one free city. The free city, while officially aligning with Premna and allowing the Premnan Government to oversee its foreign relations, has its own government and does not allow the Premnan government to oversee its internal affairs.
