Hallas Cavern has been built within an active volcano. Deep underground the city is the home of the [kobolds]. Originally isolated from the world Hallas began engaging in trade with Hikablum and Geum which caused an explosion of technological advances for the city and brought to prominence the artificers. The love of crafting took hold of the inhabitants and they began the process of creation, becoming the major producer of goods for Hikablum. Originally they attempted to compete with Geum in smithing, however with the finalization of the Alliance they focused on more intricate technological tools, commissioning parts from Geum.
