Lei would shrug, "You all have described just about everything we would want as well."

“Excellent with that in place, I do believe the next topic is an international fishing organization. We worry with the large fishing industry that we might one day overfish and cause endangerment of certain species, we also want to launch a sanctioned expedition to discover as much aquatic life as possible in Ouhiri. Your thoughts?”

"I think that if we establish a international fishing organization, what Roskanan would like to consider in regards to overfishing and endangered species, are fines enforced by this union for harming endangered fish species and as well, efforts potentially to explore helping them repopulate. If baring that, we could set up no-fishing areas in native areas of habitation for these species, it'd be fairly good for their further development. As well, an expedition to discover more of the aquatic life in the sea would be amazing for both the aquatic scientific research fields and our fishing industries."

Dai would nod then speak up, "Should we have marshalls to assist in enforcing the fines? I also thoroughly agree with joint exploration, I'm sure the Beast Hunters would like to share some of their findings from their ongoing efforts with you all. I'd also imagine the exchange of diving equipment may also be of interest?"

"Marshalls would be a good idea, we'd have to commit a small fleet for the enforcement of this organization. But thus far everything suggested sounds good, we'd also have to be open to other nations joining particularly major fishing entities."

"An exchange of diving equipment would be beneficial. I believe we should have marshals, as it'd be necessary to have a presence around those areas to ensure that people will not fish illegally in those waters and threaten those populations we're trying to protect. Though we can as well have our navies enforce it if there are no marshals or we are unable to recruit any significant number. Simply it should be treated like a sort of civil law between our states." They'd say. "As well, I believe we could potentially extend this agreement to other states, perhaps across the Wahlval itself."

"That sounds acceptable, does the Marrlan Republic have anything to add?"

The diplomats would look at each other before Dai would say, "We have no issues with these proposals."

Green would nod and produce the outlier of a treaty, "this is the barebones of our trade treaty and the fishing organization can begin organizing after today." UKUG-Roskana-Marrlan Trade Compact of 1930 Preamble- The signatories hereby thusly recognize the sovereign rights and necessity of one another and hereby agree to the following terms.
Term 1 - All signatories will enact lower tariffs to encourage increased trade.
Term 2 - All signatories will open the exchange of military technologies, development and the engineering of military hardware. Sale and purchase of military goods is also now open to all three parties.
Term 3 - All signatories will assist in the safe travel and distribution of each nation's trading fleets and are responsible for assisting in docking, refueling and sheltering civilian trading crews.
Term 4 - No nation in this treaty will act in a manner to undermine the economic progress of the other signatories.
Term 5 - A 24-hour cancellation is required to exit this trade compact. If all parties agree to cancel the treaty is null and voided immediately.

Signed for the United Kingdom of Ulster-Gaelia King Rufus McDonald Taoseach Richard O'Donnell Represenative Richard Green Parliament of the United Kingdom and the Gaelic Empire

Dai and Lei would look over the document, nod, and say, "Where do we sign?"

Green would point at a section underneath the treaty, once he received the signatures from both Marrlan and Roskana he would put the treaty in a folder, "I'll have copies made for your nations made as soon as possible, is there anything else we should discuss?"

"I do not believe so." The Roskanan representative would say, starting to stand from his seat.

Green would begin to stand up and extend his hand to his Roskanan and Marrlan counterparts, "thank you for meeting me, I am very happy we've accomplished a lot here today."
If nothing else was to be stated, Green would take his leave likely a nearby hotel to rest up before departing back to Ulster-Gaelia to finalize the paperwork for the treaty and have it signed off by the King.
