Second president of the Federation, Fransisco inherits a nation in stagnation and unable to progress economically and technologically. The country has never recovered from the civil war that left it fractured and the dependence on the Gaelian pound has caused inflation in the Xaspeshi economy. Fransisco must unite his people and recover, or the Federation could be doomed to more fracturing.
Roy Carrigan
Field Marshall Carrigan was a former Gaelian General in the colonial military before being swept up in the formation of Xaspesh, a major speaker and supporter of the Reserian settlers and commander of the Federation military during the civil war Carrigan is seen as both a hero and symbol of colonization still affecting the nation. Carrigan refused a political career to remain in the military and has made it clear he wishes to only keep the Xaspesh Federation safe.
