King of the Uglax people, Nokata has ruled the kingdom since ascending to the throne thirty years ago. He has held a firm and hard stance with the Colonies rejecting foreign companies establishing branches into his nation and forcing foreign trade to be conducted with domestic Uglax businesses and entities. His decision to allow settlers to live in his country was to bring diversity to his kingdom and to show the world he isn't shutting it out but wants it to respect the kingdom's sovereignty.
