Through convening of governors and the public from the coastal cities and inland workers, we the people of Marrlan declare our independence in light of recent injustices and lack of representation in response to calls for them. As such, it is the intention of these people, lawfully convened, to declare our secession from the Tsars domain in pursuit of personal freedom representation and right to bear arms as is due to all men and women. These inalienable rights have, through process of debate and consideration, been deemed inexcusably restricted by Tsarist rule. The Tsar has further restricted that right of his fellow man to decide his life for himself and through deliberation come to consensus with those of his community.
He has barred the governor from operating within his duties quickly.
He has halted the common mans ability to operate within his community freely.
He has refused to pass legislature that would produce fair and just law within his domain.
As such to reiterate, the people of these lands named Marrlan communally, through deliberation and debate, declare our independence and secession from the Tsars state, disagreement with this action will result in frustration upon the infringement of our sovereign states rights.
