The Union Army of South Touli is one of the largest peace time standing military forces due to the nature of how order is kept in the Union. Union troops are trained just enough to operate their weapons and conduct combat operations, they mostly inflict harsh enforcement of Union laws and keep the industry of the UST pumping by supressing worker revolts.

Update

The UST military has spent millions of Rand on upgrading their arsenal from the older Selucidinan remains following their defeat in the recent war. 


Noscovo Rifle 1 (NR1)

A 7mm bolt action rifle developed by Noscovo Arsenal, the NR1 has replaced the aged 10mm rifles in the UST. Using Kumo technology and ammunition these rifles fire from a five round stripper clip internal magazine. While rough compared to other rifles, the NR1 is a huge leap for the UST infantryman. 





NR-MG

A new machine gun to replace the Gatling guns of old, the NR-MG uses over top drum magazines fed with 7mm rounds and can be placed rather easily to defend enemy assaults or be used on UST armored cars and aircraft.
