Through convening amongst governors and the common man, our rights will be listed here in writing. This etching upon paper shall be codified as though it were a cement foundation upon which our nation is built. These amendments shall be taken as the one true law of the state, and may not be violated as such or our great nation would become that which it sought to become free from.
Amendment 1:
The right to keep and carry firearms and arms of any type are unable to be regulated, any form of regulation prohibiting ownership of arms is in violation of the peoples rights, and as such, any official promoting this policy should be removed from office, if necessary, by force by the common man. The sale of these arms however, is in no way restriction of these rights and should be encouraged for economic prosperity. Militia's should be properly maintained and organized by the people and in no way can be prevented from peaceful assembly.
Amendment 2:
The right of the people to freedom of speech, expressions, and opinions is universal and in no way can be infringed or restricted. Religious practices are a form of expression of the individual in a communal sense, and ass such are also protected under this Amendment. Any attempt to do so should be frustrated through use of arms mentioned in Amendment 1.
Amendment 3:
All sentient men and women are created equal. They are deserving of the rights due to them at birth, but should remember that these rights were fought for, and the tree of liberty may at times need to be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots. These rights are protected by Amendment 1.
Amendment 4:
The right of the people to secure that which they own, including and not limited to, their person, house, papers and effects, against unlawful search or seizure will not be violated. No warrant will decree without probable cause and supported by evidence and oath specifically describing the place to be investigated and items to be studied and seized.
Amendment 5:
The right of the people to petition and propose a referendum shall be preserved and championed. The people should commonly use this as a direct way to request change outside of deliberation with a representative within the senate of our Republic. To keep fairness of said referendums, a regional system shall used to ensure majority rule in no way unfairly overwrites a group of peoples rights. These referendums must be acknowledged and acted upon by the state should they properly arrive with fair regional majority vote.
Amendment 6:
In no was shape or form should the document be modified in such a way to repeal or disavow Amendments 1 through 6. Any attempt to do so by any person or persons should result in their removal from office and a sentence through deliberation in a fair judicial process.
Following these Amendments, the outlining of governmental procedure and organization shall follow as such.
The Pionare, shall be elected by the populace through vote by the citizen and public servant alike as equals.
The Senators, should be appointed by the people and parties shall be assembled by public servants to represent the people.
The Head of Foreign Affairs, shall be appointed by the Pionare.
The Head of Internal Affairs, shall be appointed by the Pionare and Senate through deliberation.
The Head of Prosperity and Commerce, should be appointed by the Senate from a list of qualified professionals.
The Head of Research and Development, shall be appointed by the Pionare and Senate through deliberation. A qualified individual with knowledge of practices will be selected.
The Head of Aquatic Conservation and Exploitation, shall be appointed by the Pionare, Senate, and Fisherman's unions.
