Kathrine Mengele: 34 year old Diplomat/Aide from Clan Tolvaj. Being the bastard child of Nils Tolvaj and one of his servants, Kathrine was 'adopted' by Nils when the mother died during childbirth. Having received a premium education from both her father and the Elders of Clan Tolvaj, Kathrine acts as an aide to her father while he rules, the woman doing what she can to preserve the work Nils has done for Mil'Nor. Dravos Fulgrun: 56 year old Clan Chief of Clan Gruvar. Having been born in the late years of the last Age of Darkness, Dravos stands as a pillar of Mil'Nor public politics. A down to earth individual, the Clan Chief has led many of the more socially minded reforms over the years, aiding the High Chief in fixing many of the issues still prevalent within Mil'Nor society. The Chief has sworn his blood to the will of High Chief Nils for his actions during the Age of Darkness, and will generally be supportive towards Nils choices. Kira Fulgrun: 22 year old heiress apparent from Clan Gruvar.

Field General Tyrann: Born of Clan Tolvaj, Tyrann has served his clan well for the past twenty years, the thirty-eight year old Mil'Nor settled on a career in the army from a young age. His advancement through the ranks was built on a mix of licking the right boots and his ability as a commander, the man ending up as Kathrine's contact within the Mil'Nor armed forces. Fleet Captain Samir Torres: Captain of the Icebreaker Rubicon, Captain Torres comes from Clan Meiyo, and reflects a change in thought and the generational divide growing between the Elders and the youth of Mil'Nor. Being one of the youngest Fleet Captain's in the Mil'Nor navy, Torres appointment was moreso due to internal Clan politics then his service record. An assignment to an Icebreaker was seen as a killing blow to one's career in Clan Meiyo, lacking the prestige and tradition of the older mixed sail&steam vessels within the navy.

Falgyr: Lord of the Sun, Allfather of the Mil'Nor. Lived eons ago, far before written history. Is said to have brought the gift of fire to the Mil'Nor, and in the religion of the Allfather, is said to have been the spirt of the sun in Mil'Nor form. In reality he was nothing more then a wiseman of the tribal Mil'Nor pre colonization, whose mutation of five eyes led him credence with his prophecy and how the people rallied to him. Having lived far beyond the average lifespan and brought great prosparity to his followers, the currents of his teachings have driven Mil'Nor culture and thought to the modern.

Commodore Theodor Tailstrong: Having been born to a middling family within the halls of Clan Tolvaj, Tailstrong spent the days of his youth studying both the world around him and that which was hidden in the books he read. Everything from foreign novels and studies to the tales of Mil'Nor hero's long past and the myths of the Way of the Sun. Having achieved the rank of Commodore before the Talamore crisis, Tailstrong has always been a radical reformer within the military, often times pointing to the old world on both the use of technology and tactics. Having been shaken by the loss of the High Chief, Tailstrong stands firm as a proponent of a free, independent Valdera.
Commodore Salvad Grant: Coming from the mountain city Vergius, Grant has enjoyed the finer side of life. Son of a high priest, Grant never took on his fathers ways growing up, having been disillusioned with the Allfather from childhood. He joined the military to escape his father, pushing himself far beyond his peers as a result. The man has few political aspirations, seeing the career in the military as more of a means to an end then something to truly progress. Grant stands as a moderate within the military, content to leave the status quo in place for the time being.
Commodore Atticus Rex: Son of a former Commodore, Rex has been trained and educated in the ways of war since he was a young child. His position within the military was given instead of earned, and as a result the man's recklessness and pride have led to more then one faux pas. Disconnected as he can be at times, the lack of battle has left the problem unnoticed or just uncared for the time being, as the mess of trying to remove the man so far would have been more messy then to just leave him be.
Commodore Quin Arcus: Nephew of Talamore Arcus, Quin stands as one the few within the family that escaped the purge. Having been appointed to his position in a mild attempt to placate Clan Meiyo, Quin's record stands far cleaner then most other of his former Clanmates within the command structure. He had renounced his family relations during the Crisis, the man having no love for those who would see him like a puppet. While he's never said anything publicly, the man harbors a deep hatred for both those claiming a needed return to the 'Old Ways' and those who assumed power by gutting his family during the crisis.
Captain Albius 'Sherman' Potter: A Cavalryman, Potter has served for over a decade within the service, formerly having seen to patrolling the few communities found near the Kith-Valderan border. Having been raising on farm in Northern Mil'Nor, Potter understands both the beasts he rides and the men he commands, treating both with an equal level of respect. Far from a man of poltics, he has been ostracized by many of his peers for his commoner background, his chance for promotion having been shot down many times due to a lack of connections. The Talamore Crisis had changed that however, with his field command changing from a couple hundred men to over a hundred thousand due to the Deacon's orders. Time will tell if the Captain can carry the weight of responsibility.
Commodore Balo Walshin: Born within the ranks of Clan Gruvar, Balo entered service as a town guardsman, before earning his way to General under the ways of the Clans. The old feudal ways having been slowly dissipated by the laws and ruling served under High Chief Nils Tolvaj, which had caused a good deal of contempt form those who got used to the status quo. Balo had been one such individual, the man managing to keep his rampant spending on personal 'effects' under wraps until the Talamore Crisis. High Command had been completely reshuffled with the power vacuum the new government had to fill, with Balo being one of those nearly rooted out for corruption. Stripped of both rank and "benifits", the now Commodore Walshin sits with a great deal of contempt for the Republic of Valdera.

Elder Tsu: Having formally been apart of old Elenrian Empire before it's collapse, the nearing 400-year old Inselni stands as one of the most trusted advisors within Mil'Nor government. He has seen the formation of the Joined Clans with his guidance, and helped each of the previous rulers and other Elders within the ruling class. Born to a prominent if overlooked family, his studies covered a range of subjects. From warfare and rules to rule, to a variety of different trades and economic ideas, his thirst for new knowledge was hard to feed. With the troubles plaguing the Empire by his 75th year, he had fled with a collection of servants and the bulk of his family's wealth to the at-the-time scattered towns and city-states of the Mil'Nor.
Clan Tolvaj had accepted the Inselnisi's plea for safe harbor, the Clan Chief at the time offering him place as the Clan Elder. Holding the role since, the wisdom Elder Tsu carried helped the people find their way through many of the disasters the hostile land of South Touli could unleash. As for his appearance, the Elder is various shades of a jadish green, with his clothing holding a mixed style of old Clan Tolvaj themes and old Elenrian Empire accents. Standing at an impressive 9ft tall, age has settled it's way onto the Elder, a pair of spectacles worn for his sight, smile lines clear on his weary face.
