The Kithium Colonies
The Kithium League, or Horde as its often called, is a nearly three centuries old former colonial dominion of the now defunct Tsardom of Roskana. The nation was founded by around 200,000 Kithium and Kithium-Festria Hybrid colonists sent from the mainland in a series of waves, of which much is debated to have been the result of a forced exile of a sect of more radical religious Kithium, and in other parts was seen as a attempt by the Tsardom to extend its power to the south in preparation for a larger effort to claim land on Touli. This was continuously reinforced by voyages launched at scheduled times to arrive when the ice sheets were gone and things were generally warmer.
The Colony was abandoned during the start of economic turmoil within the Tsardom, almost two centuries ago, but by the point they had already grown to a self-sustaining size and become sizeable. By the year 1900 the nation had accumulated roughly thirty four million souls, made up of around 34% Kithium, Festria and Roskanan-Descendant Hybrids of Kithium and human, Karrashi and Festria. The rest of the nations population would be integrated tribes, clans, groups of Mil'Nor, and as well other natives to the region. As well, unintegrated but 'affiliated' tribes and groups would be allowed to persist in the area so long as they did not interfere with the League's governance.
By the modern day, the nation's population is around 39 Million, with the ratios having not changed massively since.
The nation in the year 1920 woud lose much of the territory to which it used to hold on the island to the south of its coast, of which the League calls Razu. As well, with the raising of the island of Razu's temples and shrines, the nation would be humiliated, and accept a conditional peace to which they surrendered most of the island. Since this point the nation has undergone some notable restructuring with the fracturing of several once leading clans of Kithium, and the ascension of a more aggressive one. A foreign policy change has occurred recently, and with the outbreak of war in the UST, the League has begun to move again, this time with hostile intent towards its regional rival, and a intent to become a regional power to be reckoned with.

Clan of Mars - A seperate religious clan with ties back to Roskana, this clan is a small but active organization of which most of its members have duel citizenship. Minorities of single-citizenship members live in enclaves in major cities and have a high status as being Religious figures and chaplains, as well as generally being educated abroad. They are not a open and active clan across the country, but hold a sort of 'Separate but Highly Regarded' status, generally being viewed as on par with the Gaalsians in many respects. They're known for maintaning shrines to Razina and lost a great many of their number during the war in the 20's.

Foreign Policy:
What one might consider to be 'belligerent', the Kithium League has no love of its immediate westward neighbor in the UST.
As well, it has no care for Franerre, or Eleria, and to a point they as well have no care for Elenria. They have more neutral relations with Mil'Nor and Zedonia, of which they seek to potentially expand out into being closer economic and political, perhaps even military ties. Their ultimate goal has been speculated to be potentially aligning either with Kumosenkan, or potentially becoming a regional power, though this isn't known for certain as the nations foreign policy is largely dictated by Clan Gaalsian and Manaan.
