Taronki had finally gotten them, Kumosenkan weapons. The first shipment had snaked its way to him at last allowing him to arm 10 to 20 thousand troops with bolt action rifles, use Kumo howitzers for his defensive line and their machine guns. He also received word of Falau's victory at the crossroads and ordered him to move on Do'rville.
That left one piece on the table, Ferville, the city had chosen neutrality and was shipping large quantities of food to the UST keeping the food from going short in the South. However, they also sold to the Tafatu, "The enemy will approach them next, we need to beat them to Ferville. "Send the 12th, have them secure the city and begin digging in."
The 12th Army was one of Taronki's smaller detachments within Juaz, but his massive force needed the food to keep flowing especially to them in order to eat. Supplies from the South were agonizingly slow enough and feeding nearly half a million troops was becoming difficult. Juaz's own farms were now entirely committed to feeding the entrenched soldiers. As long as the road South held, Taronki would be able to at least ration feed his forces if Ferville was lost, but he preferred to win the war decisively. Once Falalu won in Do'rville and Ferville was under his control he would move his forces West to break the Coalition and Tafatu once and for all.

The moment Taronki was waiting for had come, spring was breaking up the winter snow and cold weather; his supplies were topped off, he had kumosenkan guns and artillery, and his troops were well rested and fresh after taking the break they needed. It was time to March west.
His massive 600,000 infantry force, 4,400 carabiners, and 1000 field guns began moving from the entrenched city of Juaz leaving behind a vanguard of 10,000 troops and the kumosenkan long range guns.
He deployed 200,000 troops and 300 field guns to Do’rville and took the rest to Ferville. It was time to win the war.
