Agreement and desire to increase cooperation militarily through exercises, further equipment sharing, and creation of a joint disaster relief force

Agreement and desire to increase cooperation militarily through exercises, further equipment sharing, and creation of a joint disaster relief force
Agreement 1
Agreement to participate in joint training and exercises between both parties in the desire of readiness against foreign invasion. Tactics and procedures shall be shared between both parties.
Agreement 2
Agreement to standardization of equipment where possible to ease supply woes in the event of conflict. Reduced costs of equipment purchased/exchanged shall also be applied in times of conflict or duress. Technology will be shared between signatories to further propel both states ability to preform forwards.
Agreement 3
Agreement to the creation of a unified disaster relief organization to better coordinate and assist both parties in the event of natural or sentient made disasters.
Agreement 4
Should both parties wish to cease these activities, both must agree upon a day to discuss the cessation of the treaty with a 6 month period for the militaries to slowly adjust back to their former schedules at the end of which the treaty will become null and void.
