The telegram has found me well, I appreciate the concern. Zarich is open to trading away some of her precious electronic goods in return for money and access to raw resources. However do keep in mind that Zarich is a university first and while our production of electronics are undoubtedly some of the highest quality on Ouhiri, they may not be as numerous as you may be hoping. If you would prefer to handle this deal in person I would welcome you to visit one of our electronics factories here in Zarich to show you exactly what you would be paying for.

I fear I will not have the time for such a meeting either so there is no hard feelings on my end. I will assign a few of my underlings to this class. Your representatives will be meeting with Ayla Balmer and she will be guiding them through the Rubi Electronics factory after which she will talk out a deal to allow you to purchase some electronic components. We will prepare for your arrival on the fourteenth of this month.

After a few more letters had been sent back in forth planning the specifics of the Franerri arrival, the 14th had came, and it saw one Ambassador Jacques Renard sailing into Zarich. A former professor before joining the Foreign Affairs Administration, this place always seemed like a myth. Depending on one's opinion of the administration of Royal Academy of Pareau, it seemed like either heaven or hell. Renard was always on the heaven side, personally. He was excited to finally see Zarich, though his excitement was somewhat tempered by the fact he was here on business. The Franerri vessel slid to a stop in port, and Jacques couldn't help but wonder exactly what kind of welcoming party Zarich had for him.
