Kithium-Mil'Nor Concord of Hospitality
1: Both the people of the Mil'Nor Joined Clans and the Kithium League will respect the borders established by their respective governments on Touli.
2: Mil'Nor will provide the Kithium with free and fair trade access through it's many ports, allowing trade and business to the world at large. In return, Mil'Nor companies are to be treated fairly when operating within Kithium borders.
2A: Mil'Nor will join with the Kithium to aid each other in the construction of a Trans-Eastern Touli Ralline.
2B: Upon agreement made with the UKUG, their aid will also be applied to these efforts.
3: In order to allow for good communication and to strengthen the relationship between both nations, embassies will be established with the mutual capitals of both nations.
4: Due to the nature of Touli politics and the acts taken by those states north of the Kithium League, Mil'Nor and the Kithium will join to a mutual pact of defense for one another. Should another nation encroach onto the Kith or Mil'Nor people, a call to arms is to both be given and swiftly answered.
