We need more power! [Kithium-UKUG]

 In the new Kithium Embassy, a courier would arrive bringing word to the embassy staff of new orders from the government and as well, various guidelines, lists of things to arrange the purchase of, and other such important material. The staff at the embassy would thusly be quick to act on the orders of those imbued with the authority to act under the empress' power, and they'd request a meeting with the UKUG's diplomats in Zedonia to discuss the purchase of war material from the UKUG.

Ambassador McCray would be assigned to the task requested; he would arrange for a meeting in the Sepedian State house at the center of the city. A room would be reserved for their meeting along with a full staff to accommodate their guests needs. Once the Kithium arrived they would be offered drinks, food and even reading material before the meeting proper began.

The Kithium were eager to try all th=ee, but the reading material was definitely more interesting to them, leaping at the chance to get more time spent reading new literature. Once the meeting would begin though they would quickly be in their seats, and they'd start with greetings.

"A pleasure to meet you. I am ambassador Casan, permanent ambassador of the League to Zedonia." The Human man would say as he would hold his hand out to the Zedonian ambassador.

McCray shook the Kithium ambassador's hand, "The pleasure is mine, how can I help you today?"

"We're here to inquire about purchasing war material. Particularly, we are here to buy more bolt action rifles, more machine guns, and most importantly - we need artillery. Long range guns, howitzers I think is what they're called. We need at least 150, if not 300."

[Greywall]

"That's a large order, but it's one we can fulfill. Is there a final figure so we can begin the process of fulfilling the order?"

[VoxApocrypha]

"So for weaponry, we require at least 150,000 new bolt action rifles. Machine guns, ten thousand. But artillery, we want at the least, 150 to 300. If we can get as much, we would like more so around 500 pieces overall, with the ammunition neccessary for their continued ammunition. We are willing to pay for it all immediately, but if possible we would prefer to pay for the weapons in installments. As well, I was asked about the possibility of purchasing warships. Particularly we need blue-water or deepwater warships. 10 or so older destroyers, and maybe 3 iron-clad battleships and the material necessary for continued operation."

"So for the Iron clad battleships, we have three Talba Class battleships we can sell the League. Along with 10 Merenda Class Destroyers from our Zedonia fleet. We've been needing to build new ships for the colonial fleet anyway. They'll be rather expensive so opting for cash or gold exchange for them. For the rifles, machine guns and ammunition we need a gold exchange for 45,000 gold. The artillery pieces are valuable to us, so we'll entertain an offer for them."

"Hm."
The Diplomat would cross her legs.
"That's less than I expected, to be truthful." She'd say. "For the battleships and destroyers, we agree to the price - for the artillery, we're willing to offer paying 35% the individual cost of the guns, plus their ammunition and replacement barrels and equipment. For the rifles, we're as well willing to buy an additional 50,000 rifles every season for 2 years. As well, maybe 200 new machine guns alongside those new rifles, and as well we'd like to buy ammunition for it all, perhaps as a long-term arrangement where it is delivered and paid for on a bi-seasonal basis."
