The Roskanan Ministry of War was reformed, absorbing and integrating the Roskanan Republic's military. It is the principle and primary force of the state's monopoly on force, and it is utilized to protect the interests of Roskana, and to defend its borders, as well as to project its will onto other states should diplomacy fail. All but the Roskanan Ultranationalists Militias fall under its direct authority.

Expected Arrival:
Middle of Mynti, 1936 - Expected to finish: Early-Mid Foa, 1936

Operation Objective:
Begin reinforcing the defenses and forces of Eflus, in preparation for a larger influx of troops to invade the Areman Islands in the future should such be necessary (est. Frost 1936/Bloom 1937), but more presently to protect Eflus from invasion by Republican forces.

Phase 1: Deployment
General Anderson Johanna of the Imperial Army will be deployed, as well as Admiral Artemis will be deployed with Fleetgroup Romulus. Fleetgroup Romulus will defend Eflusian territorial waters against incursion by Republican forces, while the army component will begin to reinforce the defenses on the Eflusian mainland with artillery, fortifications, and additional garrisons of combat-ready troops with state-of-the-art weaponry. Fleetgroup Romulus will protect the transiting fleet until it arrives, and break off to begin its patrols after refueling, rearming, and refitting as needed. 

Phase 2: Supply
Transports from the mainland will launch before the army's transports, with a Fleet escort. They will deliver the material necessary (construction materials, heavy machinery, etc) to begin erecting fortifications, establish airstrips, and to establish a strong logistics base on Eflus. 

Phase 3: Fortification
The army will begin erecting fortifications and establish airstrips for the airborne component, with aid from local forces and companies. They will focus these defenses around major roadways, railways, and urban centers, with the focal point of these defenses centered on the city of Danmer, capital of Eflus. They will as well begin to work on reactivating abandoned naval facilities and ports in preparation for the arrival of additional troops later, and to hold landing craft for the proposed invasion of Arema. 

Phase 4: Equipment Train establishment
The fleet will protect Eflus from any Republican strikes, while transports and fleet elements transport military material to Eflus, including munitions, weapons, vehicles as needed or requested, and food stocks to support the army.
