A black operations organization within the Roskanan military, ROSE is tasked with collecting information on individuals, organizations, and adversaries of the Dominion, both at home and abroad.
It as well performs delicate tasks such as industrial and military sabotage, assassination, and counter-terrorism work, in coordination with the Roskanan army, air force, navy, marines, territorial forces and law enforcement.
