The following is a fictitious depiction of a fascist nation carrying out a torture and its ultimate goal is to display the brutality of a Fascistic nation and not to encourage violence.
Kirino Kousaka, an officer of the Kumo Intelligence Agency, was tapping all eight of her legs impatiently against the tiled floor of the sad break room within an unquestioning concrete building in TAKPOE. All three of her subjects were already contained within the facility but she couldn't do anything yet. "Mirrors. Of all things mirrors." She was waiting on one-way mirrors to be installed into the interrogation rooms so that Kumo and TAKPOE officials could oversee the interrogations. She slowly sipped her cup of tea that had long since gone cold as the clock ticked along. Kosaka cursed herself for arriving so early, but it was natural for her to be eager when her orders came directly from the Empress herself.
After what felt like an age of waiting, an anxious TAKPOE officer walked in. "Kousaka-kama... The mirrors have been installed to your instruction. The... prisoners are awake and waiting for you." His voice shook constantly throughout the conversation. Kousaka almost shot out of her seat in excitement, but she held herself back. She had a very important question she needed answering first. "Sit." The officer froze at the barked order. He sat across the table from the almost ten-foot spider woman. "So, tell me about the prisoners. Everything we know." He stumbled trying to find words as the Kumo glared into his soul. he slid over a handful of documents in a manilla folder containing info on the terrorists. "They... a-are royalists, all male, one inselni and two humans. The inselni is... four-hundred and twenty-three, the eldest human is forty-two, and the youngest is..." he hesitated as he read the number, "tw... twenty."
The officer froze for a few moments and began to spiral into thinking what would happen to the poor kid. "Hey. I don't have all day here. Keep going." The officer composed himself and turned the page, "The eldest human, we believe is the officer in charge of the raided facility. If he isn't then he's close to the top. The other two seem to just be soldiers. Neither were particularly wounded in the raid. The younger one apparently stabbed the marine officer in charge. We're fairly certain he had a family. We... found a picture of him with two older people and someone his own age. That's all we have." Kousaka nodded and finished off the last of her cold tea and slammed it on the table. "The picture. If we have it I want it." She stared a bit lazier at the officer. He nodded, "O-of course ma'am. It's in folder 3-B pinned to the report on him." She quickly flipped through the identified folder and took the picture out and stared at it. "This.. is perfect. This will work miracles. Alright," she stood, "it's time I earned the money the Empress pays me."
Waking up in a small concrete room tied to a chair with your most recent memories being that of a furious eight-and-a-half-foot tall spider woman strangling you is bound to be incredibly disorienting. To say Kralmis Milni was disoriented was an understatement. He woke up and immediately wanted to vomit, a natural side effect of the lower grade neurotoxin of non-royal Kumo. His head spun along with the room around him he would've lost his lunch if he had eaten in the past thirty-six hours. As he finally stopped dry heaving the only door that was next to the mirror opened and a particularly massive Kumo walked through. She was wearing a black suit that hid her long black hair and her body was that of Latrodectus Variolus. She sat on the ground in front of the human and she still was taller than him. His head was still rocking so Kirino Kousaka slapped him across the face bringing him crashing into reality.
"Good morning, sunshine." His eyes fixated upwards at the Kumo and she smiled at him. "Sleep well? I certainly imagine not. The neurotoxin we put in you isn't really exact medical science. Sometimes it'll just stop your heart." She laughed heartily, "Guess you're one of the lucky ones." She flipped open her manilla folders to a page with Milni's photo and a ton of writing on the page. "So! You are Kralmis Milni, twenty years old, and joined the royalists at the tender age of fourteen? That's so young. You know I never even thought about joining the military until sixteen. Well hey, we both ended up here at the end of the day who's got it better. Actually, you're the one who gets to decide that today. I only have one question for you, and if you answer it not only will you be free to go, but we'll pay you for the inconvenience. So what is the question of the hour I'm sure you're thinking. Who supplied you with the weapons?" She kept up her cheery demeanor the entire time and smiled down at him patiently awaiting his answer. She was answered with spit in her face.
Kirino Kousaka's smile melted into a frown with daggers shooting from eyes. She took the handkerchief out of her breast pocket and wiped the spit off her face. "You know, a big part of me was hoping you'd do that. Wait right here." She walked out of the room, letting the human steep in the heavy uncomfortable air and fear of the unknown of what was coming next. Even though what she was going to get was waiting for her right outside the door she simply watched him squirm in his seat. After she felt satisfied with his anxiety she began dragging the old, rusty, and squeaky cart into the room. "Sorry to keep you waiting, as you can see this thing is a pain to move about. I think I might've overloaded it with my tools." She was interrupted by the man speaking up. "What tools?" She turned back to him after adjusting some things on her cart and smiled. "He speaks! I. Am. So! Glad you asked! These are my friendship tools! You see when I'm trying to make a new friend, like you, sometimes they don't exactly feel like opening up, like you! So then I bring out my friendship tools," She smiled and brought out a large monkey wrench and swung it in his general direction, "and then suddenly everyone's talkative!" She laughed to herself and put her hands on her knees to catch herself. "You know! I'm actually in such a great mood today, I'm gonna give you another chance to talk without the use of my friendship tools. Well? What do you say?" She smiled pointing the wrench at him.

"Burn in hell." He answered glaring at the towering Kumo. "So glad I brought my tools." She immediately rushed towards the man holding her wrench back ready to swing and as soon as she was close enough, she did. The wrench SMACKED into the side of the man's torso with a hefty THUD and a faint crack. The man tipped over in his chair and landed on the ground with a thud. "WOOOOO!" She screamed out, "There's nothing that gets me going like the sound of ribs cracking in the morning!" The man was coughing and writhing against his restraints. "Come on you're telling me you don't love that sound?!" She put her hands on her knees and smiled down at the man. "Come on get up get up!" She got behind him and grabbed him by his sides pressing hard on his brand new injury. He grunted in pain as Kousaka lifted him and the chair back up. She got back in front of him and looked him in the eye. "Oh.. oh no that really hurt you didn't it? I'm so sorry that was never my intention. I.. I.." She finished her thought by swinging her wrench into the exact same spot again though not as hard. He shouted and groaned in pain as his already shattered ribs were pushed deeper into his body. "I am OBSESSED with that... that sound! That... crunch as the bones just break and crackle inside of you." She laughed and grabbed onto his side as hard as she could and pushed his ribs around until she found a spot where two broken pieces rubbed together. Every millimeter and ounce of pressure caused the man to flinch, grunt, or shout in pain. With every peep, the Kumo got happier. "You know. As much as I love ribs cracking. It doesn't quite give me that crunch that I'm really looking for. Did you know the human hand has over twenty bones in it? Let's see if we can double that huh?" She patted the man's left hand with a smile before reeling back with her wrench and slammed it into his left hand. Hitting the dead center against his hand and the metal of the chair clanged. The wrench broke all the way through his hand and the only thing separating metal from metal was two thin sheets of flesh. His bones crunched in a way Kousaka would describe as perfect. Some of his bone was now piercing through his skin in several places. Blood covered the arm of the chair and slowly flowed down to the floor. Kousaka took the bloodied wrench and put it beneath the chin of the writhing man. "So! Tell me? How are my friendship tools working out? Are you feeling about ready to open up?" She pushed his chin up to force him to look at her. "Just in case you forgot the question, who, supplied you, with, the weapons?" She smiled brightly and again awaited a response. The man coughed for a few moments and it turned into a laugh. He rolled his head and met Kousaka's eyes. "Heh heh, Galra." Kousaka smiled and leaned her head back. "Galra! Don't you see? Wasn't that so much easier? Alright let me just clean up here and you'll be free to go."
The wrench clanked against the cart as Kousaka set it back down. "Oh, though actually I still have one issue we should probably sort out before I let you go." She grabbed a set of pliers off the cart. "You see. All the weapons are from Galra, all the uniforms are from Galra. All the documentation, at least on the surface, is from Galra." She turned around from the cart showing him the pliers. "If I was going to believe that the weapons were from Galra, I wouldn't be here now would I?" She took a few steps towards the Royalist. "You see. Those weapons, 'from Galra', were all made during the Staol war. Now if you don't see the issue with that immediately," she took a few steps closer to him, "then let me make it crystal. Galra's military was torn asunder after the war. They've had to rebuild their military from the ground up. All their guns are brand new!" she took a final step putting her mere inches away from her target. "So the arms that were made during the war, cannot have come from Galra. Say ahhh" She slapped the side of his face with the pliers. The man didn't move and kept his lips sealed tight. "Hey! Motherfucker." She slapped him again, "Say, ah. You don't wanna see what these things can do to lips." Still, he remained stalwart. Kousaka grasped the sides of his mouth forcing his lips to part and look like a salmon. She opened the pliers and forced one prong below his top right front tooth. "Uh-huh. There we go. See, so much fighting and we ended up where I wanted anyway. Now I'm just allowed to have more fun than before. You see, the more you resist and lie the more fun I'm allowed to have." She fully applied the pliers to his tooth. "See normally I'd ask you again who gave you all those guns before I did this, but you've already bought me more leeway, so I don't need to bait you into lying to me again!" She added all her force into the pliers and began pulling. The roots of the tooth began pulling on the gums. The attached nerves stretched and pulled as the tooth was slowly ripped out of its resting place. Finally, the tooth was free, with the stringy nerve still attached. The man was screaming in agony as Kousaka held his bloodied tooth in front of his eyes. "Look at that. That is a beautiful pull." She held onto the tooth by the hanging nerve. "Look at that! I've never gotten this much of the nerve to come out before." Milni stared on in horror and pain as she swung the tooth around, staring at it in amazement. "So! I'm going to ask again. You know on average I've only needed two of my friendship tools to make friends so my other tools feel really left out. If you want to bring them into the mix then please lie to me. Who," she pressed the freed tooth into his cheek, "gave you the weapons?" He flinched away from the tooth yet remained strong. "I already told you. Galra."
Laughter echoed in the contained room. "It has been SO long since I could bring out a third tool. You know I think some of the other tools were starting to get jealous. Now they won't keep me up all night asking why I didn't pick them." Kirino Kousaka placed her foreleg in the center of the prisoner's chest and pushed forcing him to fall on his back with a THUD and CLANK. The officer turned around and returned to her cart. The cart clanged as the pliers were thrown back on it. She took a rag off the cart and began wiping off her hands and face. "You really are a bleeder aren't you?" She laughed to herself as she wiped off her face too. The man heard the sound of the squeaky cart's door opening and something heavy being picked up out of it. The Kumo walked over to the downed man and showed him the rag in one hand and a jerrycan in the other. She smiled as she spoke, "Now this tool, you see, serves two purposes! The first you already know, it encourages you to open up to me. The other is that it makes sure you are nice and hydrated!" The rag quickly encompassed the entirety of his vision as Kousaka placed it on his face. "Now you've been a good boy in the past five seconds so I'll give you one more chance to answer the question of the hour." The man remained silent on the floor as he continued to struggle against his restraints. "Shame." She clicked her tongue and shook her head. "Well, shame for you. Lots and lots of fun for me." She laughed, mashing the rag into his face. The sound of a cap being unscrewed from the jerrycan was all that could be heard for a moment, and then water sloshing around in the container as it was lifted over his head. Water, his face was covered in water as Kousaka tipped the can to empty the water onto the rag. His brain began to panic with a fury as it believed it was drowning. He gasped for air but only managed to fill his lungs with water. Kousaka kept pouring, not bothering to hold back her laughter as she did so, "You feel like talking yet?! I can do this all day long! For the first time, I haven't been given a time limit. It's practically my birthday!" She continued laughing but stopped pouring and pulled off the rag. "Come on now, talk." The man coughed out water and gasped desperately for air. He continued gasping for a long few seconds. Which elicited a kick in his broken ribs from the Kumo. "I. Am. Waiting." He finally stopped coughing and convulsing. "Alright alright! It was Amali! We went to them and they were sympathetic to our cause so they armed us with weapons they captured."
Kousaka put the prisoner back upright. Picked up the jerrycan and walked back to the cart. She put the can away and closed the doors of the cart. Her smile had faded. On the surface, Amali made sense. They are a democratic nation that takes a fairly hard-line stance against imperialism. They're even hosting a government in exile from the Ashigawan colonies. 'No. No, it can't be Amali. Why would they agree to such a strong alliance with us if they were equipping Royalists in our territory? Did they think they could get away with it?' She punched the cart causing all her tools to rattle around and the prisoner to flinch. 'No. If it was them they would have asked about the military build-up. About the fleets we have here. They would have been much more involved. Some of their marines are here in Elenria, but we've been operating with them and no one has reported them doing anything suspicious.' Again she picked up her wrench turned around and began walking slowly towards Milni. When she got about a foot away she glared at him. Her smile was gone and her face glowered down on him. The room was dead silent aside from droplets of water falling into the puddle below. Kirino Kousaka broke the silence with a whisper, "Bullshit." She quickly reeled back her wrench and swiftly swung it into the Royalist's face. The bone and cartilage that made up the structure of his nose shattered and were forced deeper into his face. Soon after the front his skull broke into pieces and pushed inwards. He fell back in his chair again and shouted in pain. Kousaka threw the wrench against the wall and screamed. She bent down and began thrusting her fists into his face. "TELL ME, COCKSUCKER. TELL ME WHO SOLD YOU THE WEAPONS. TELL ME, COCKSUCKER." With each word, she forced her fists into his face. She stopped hitting him and he coughed up blood and his own teeth. "One more chance cocksucker. Tell me who sold you the weapons, or I start getting dirty." He groaned in pain on the ground and instinctively tried to wipe the blood out of his eyes. Though his hands couldn't break the restraints. "Fuck... you... Kumo." He struggled to get out between deep breaths.

She stood and kicked him in the ribs. "Alright. You want me to get dirty. Elenrians. God damn Elenrians. All about this honor bullshit. I'm gonna tell you something. Something that matters more than you, matters more than the royalists, and most importantly matters more than whatever nation you think you are protecting. Family. You see family is all we really have in this life. We do what we do to protect them, to make them proud, to make them happy. Whether your nation falls, you become disgraced in one way or another, whatever happens, you have your family. And they have you. They're there to support you when you fail, and there to cheer you on when you succeed. Now I'm sure you are wondering." She lifted him back up for the third time and got down on his level, "why on Ouhiri is this psycho talking about family? Well, we found your family, thought we might pay them a little visit after we found this picture." She pulled out the picture she had been given early and showed it to him. She got really close and put her head right next to his. "See this is mom, this is dad, and your brother and sister!" She pointed to each of them as she named them. "You leave them out of this!" She turned to him and smiled. "Oh you see, that's not up to me. That is fully up to you. One word. It's all I've wanted from minute one. One truthful word. Then you save five lives. Not just any five. Your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, and you. One word, and only one word stands between them and death." He shouted back despite all of his pain, "They have no part of this! I joined the Royalists on my own!" If his face hadn't been shattered he'd look furious. "Actually, that's where you're wrong." She picked up her folder and began flipping through it. She showed him a page that was filled with writing, in his state he couldn't even begin to make out the words. "My lovely child Kralmis." She began to read the words on the page. "When you first ran away to join the royalists I lashed out at you because I was afraid. I was afraid of what would happen to my baby if you got caught. You've been there for so many years now without a single incident. Now you have brand new guns to keep you safe. I am so proud of you. It is people like you that will change Elenria for the future. You will free us from the brutal rule of the Kumo. Love, mom. " Kousaka pretended to wipe away a tear. "I have to say that is so much sweeter than the last letter my mom sent me. 'Dear Kirino, dad needs more money, Yoshino.' I mean what is that? No love?" She laughed, "Sorry for getting off-topic. So yes, actually your mom is involved. By proxy, your dad is involved. Honestly, it wouldn't be hard to convince my superiors that your siblings are involved either. If you think today was bad for you, just imagine how much fun I will have with your mom. I mean she's a piece I wouldn't mind seeing what she's got going on under those prissy clothes." He began violently thrusting against the restraints on his chair. "You sick FUCK! Leave my mom the hell alone!" She laughed. "I'm gonna be honest I really don't want to leave her alone. I mean, she's exactly my type. You have the keys to force me to stop. One word. Just one word. That is all I want from you and your mom is safe from me." He stared at the Kumo in horror who was not just smiling, but biting her lower lip. He was frozen in fear. He genuinely began thinking of telling the truth to save his mom but his honor nagged in what was left of his brain. He decided on continuing the lie, but the thought of what would happen to his mother made him begin to cry. "I... I don't know... I swear! The weapons just showed up one day and I was told not to ask questions! I have no idea who supplied the weapons! I was instructed to lie to you and tell you it was Galra and then Amali if I was captured! I swear I really don't know." Again Kousaka frowned. She took a few steps away and drew her pistol and pointed it at him. "Last chance. You lie, you die and I get to talk to your mother." The man began openly weeping and looked up at the Kumo and said what would be his last words. "I'm sorry mom." Instantly the light of his eyes went out and he slumped over as a new wound in his forehead began to bleed.

The Kumo stared at the newly lifeless prisoner with genuine rage in her heart. "FUCK YOUUUUUU!" She shot the corpse three more times and turned to storm out of the room. She glared at the Elenrian officers that just watched the performance she put on. She pointed at the one that looked the most in charge. "Hey! You. Come with me." She stormed off back to the dingy break room and began brewing another cup of tea. She also began washing the blood off of her body until she noticed that it had gotten on her white dress shirt. "Oh shit. This is my favorite shirt. My wife is going to kill me." She began taking off her suit coat and then unbuttoned the shirt leaving her in just an undershirt. "Well, I can't have the next one staring at my bra the whole time." She took some steps out of the room and pointed at the first Territorial soldier she could find. "Hey! Boy, come here." He walked up nervously to the Kumo and stood at parade rest in front of her. "I need you to get me a new shirt. A NICE one. Be back in thirty minutes." She dug through her wallet and pulled out a ¥10,000 bill. The Soldier stared at the bill as if it was a diamond before Kousaka lightly slapped him. "Hey! A NICE one. A minimum of half that bill goes to the shirt. Oh, and get me and this guy lunch. I am starving. You can keep whatever's left over." The soldier and saluted before turning on a heel and walking out. She went back into the room and pointed at the officer. "Alright, you. I just did some of my very best work in there and he still lied to me, at the very end he still lied. That was my very best work, even I was scared of myself. What did I do wrong?"
