"Looks good to me," Tagomych said. "All that is left is the Hetman to sign, at it will be official. I shall deliver it to His Highness in person immediately once we are finished." Tagomych stood up and offered Walsh a handshake. "It's been a pleasure working with you, and I hope we shall have the fortune to see each other again. Perhaps at a social event? Those are somewhat common in the upper classes of Ashinaran nobility."

Walsh smiled warmly standing up from her seat and accepting the handshake, "thank you so much, it has been a pleasure as well!".

After they've said their goodbyes, Walsh would be escorted by the guard assigned to her back to the hotel. Tagomych, meanwhile, headed to the Royal Palace to get the signature of the Hetman. Of course, the old fox was not able to sign it, for his hands were too shaky. Was he really in charge anymore? The finalized copy of the treaty would be delivered to Walsh, holding one final signature:
Signed with the authority of the Hetman as official face carrying out the Hetman's duties due to the Hetman's failing health - Crown Princess Yuzura Skoropadska.

Several days later, Walsh's office would be called up by the Foreign Relations Ministry. She would be asked to come in to discuss UKUG providing trainers for the tankettes and airplanes to train the freshly recruited Ashinaran crews to operate these new vehicles.

Walsh was becoming accustomed to living in Ashinara, after several months of living in the country she now fluently spoke their language and enjoyed their food. It was oddly enough an easy job and she received accommodation from the UKUG Ministry of Foreign Affairs for her successful mission. She received a bonus and two year early pension meaning she could retire sooner.
When she received the call, she showed little hesitation in heading to the Ashinara Ministry.

"Good afternoon, Pani Walsh," a young fox lady sitting behind the office Walsh was escorted to in the Ministry.
"My name is Galyna Rozaivna, Pan Tagomych has assigned me as the official contact between the Ministry and your office. I am looking forward to working with you.
Now, I've called you today to discuss a matter pertaining the military vehicles that we have purchased from you. Unfortunately, the Royal Army has reported to us that even after thoroughly studying the manuals and documentation you've provided, they are unable to begin operating the vehicles. Such expensive machinery - and especially the planes, where a mistake can easily lead to multiple deaths - is not something they are willing to learn through trial and error. As such, they have requested us to ask you about hiring Gaelic instructors to begin teaching the first generation of Ashinaran pilots and armored vehicle operators."

Walsh showed some alertness to the request, "I'll make a call to the Ministry of Defense and see if we can arrange instructors to come out here. However, I should make you aware since the treaty did not include them they will need to receive a salary payment and accommodation to live here till their job is complete."

"We shall be able to compensate them in the amount of an Ashinaran Royal Army officer on active duty. We can pay them in local currency, which they would be able to spend locally while they are here, or convert to stocks of silver they will be able to take home after they are done. We would also be willing to pay an additional charge to the UKUG in silver for allowing your instructors to come here in the first place. The Royal Army will provide accommodation free of charge."

"I don't know how much the Ashinara officer makes, but in Ulster-Gaelia two instructors would run us about 155,000.00 pounds a years which comes to 23,482.50 units of silver. It would likely take a full year to train an Ashinara squadron to fly our aircraft and a proper unit of tankettes. Depending on how fast they catch on of course."

Rzaivna went over some of the papers on the desk, and even seemed to do some calculations in her head for a good minute. The her eyes widened. "You sure do pay your officers good. None-the-less, it is crucial. We shall send the government fee in silver this season, and pay the instructors salary monthly in local currency cash, with a starting bonus in the size of one extra month of pay on the day they arrive. Again, the Royal Army shall handle the accommodation, I'm assuming it will be either on base where the training will be commenced, or right next to it. Where exactly, that would be, I could not say, the Ministry of War does not share such information with us in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs."

"I think that arrangement is fair as long as the officers get paid their salary and receive the accommodations. I'll send a letter to the Ministry of Defense and our instructors should be able to arrive within the month."

An urgent letter has been sent to the Gaelian embassy in Kyograd.
To Ambassador Walsh
We do not know if these news have yet reached your homeland, and subsequently, you and your government. It has come to our attention that the Galran colony of Wochourhiel has become involved in the South Touli crisis, having overtaken the North-Eastern region of the UST. It is clear that they wish to expand their colonial holdings in East Touli. As they border your colony of Zedonia, and given the well known animosity between your nation and that of Galra, we believe this information would be of interest and value to you.
Office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ashinara, Embassy Secretary Galyna Rozaivna.

Walsh would receive the letter and make her way to the office of the Ashinara Foreign Affairs building. She had contacted the main islands concerning the request and was given some options should they work out a deal with the Ashinarans.
